About Robbie Wood

Robbie Wood BSc (Hons) began his career as a professional footballer playing for Everton FC. Robbie also had spells at IF Furuglafurd FC ( Faro Islands ), Bravia FC ( Denmark ), TNS FC ( Wales ) and Rhyl FC ( Wales ) before his career was cut abruptly short by injuries to his Knee and Ankle.

Robbie has amassed a wide training spectrum of knowledge and

has combined his own professional determination and expectation into developing the ideal training regime to get the most out of each individual client and to give them the best chance of achieving the goals that they desire.

After qualifying in a sports science degree he now specializes in personal training and electrotherapy (pain relief) and is delighted to work with celebrity trainer Christianne Wolff at her private gym in Chesham, Bucks. Robbie can also travel to your home with in Herts, Bucks and London.
